To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously, often under pressure. This is a highly relied upon position, integral to the smooth running of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing Schedules: Organise the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails and client queries.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Documentation: Draft correspondence such as emails and letters, and take comprehensive notes during meetings.
  • Time Management: Help with daily time management and prioritise tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
