Responsibilities:- Managing Schedules: Organise the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails and client queries.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Documentation: Draft correspondence such as emails and letters, and take comprehensive notes during meetings.
- Time Management: Help with daily time management and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Flexibility: Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
