Description
- Provide financial guidance and support to various departments
- Implement and maintain effective financial strategies
- Conduct financial analysis and produce relevant reports
- Work collaboratively with the wider Finance team
- Assist in budget preparation and control
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
- Identify areas for financial improvement and propose solutions
- Act as a key point of contact for financial queries within the department
Profile
A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:
- A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in a project-based role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to implement effective financial strategies
