Job title: Building Access Controller
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: 27,000-28,000 per year
Location: Reading
Hours of work: 40 hours Mon-Friday, 8 hour shifts
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- GCSE's or equivalent
- Ability to gain security clearance
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages (Training can be provided)

Role information:

- Provide front of house administrative support
- Control building access ensuring visitors sign in and out and are briefed on building requirements
- Liaise with cleaners to ensure the building is kept cleanly
- Perform reception based duties
- Induct new hires into the site location
- Take appointments and organise meetings
- Order office supplies
- Report and manage maintenance requests
