Location – Burghfield (Reading)

My client is looking for a Senior SHE Advisor to join their team on a major defence and infrastructure project in Reading. The successful candidate must pass Government SC Clearance.

Role Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
• 3+ years SHE related experience
• Support the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in the delivery of the Contract SHE requirements
• Actively support the investigation of all unplanned events and close out of assurance findings, ensuring lessons are shared in accordance with the SHE Management System
• Support the timely reporting, analysis, and use of SHE data to support and influence the Contract Leadership Team
• Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything the company does and helping the environment and communities to thrive
• Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
