General Manager

Pertemps Reading are looking for a General Manager to work with a serviced office facility to oversee the efficient operation of the centre and drive commercial sales. This role is a blend of strategic leadership, operations management, sales initiatives, health & safety compliance along with a strong focus of training and quality assurance.

£43,000 per annum
40 hours per week: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday


As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving & sustaining revenue using existing products and services (development of new products/services as appropriate)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre
- Identify & pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and customers
- Develop a high-performance culture (manage performance, identify training & development needs, coaching, mentoring etc)
- Allocate and manager staffing, budget and facilities

To be considered for this General Manager role, you should possess the following:
- Experience working in a serviced office or similar
- Proven experience in managing and developing products/services
- Effective communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative working environment while influencing and communicating at all levels
- Competent computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
