Position: HR Administrator

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Location: Central Reading

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

We’re pleased to be partnering with a growing and supportive organisation based in central Reading, who are looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who is looking to further their career and potentially work towards their CIPD qualification.

The role

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with the smooth running of day-to-day operations. From managing documentation and onboarding new starters to supporting wider HR processes, this role offers great exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

It’s a varied position that would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is looking to develop their HR knowledge in a collaborative and professional setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive admin support across the HR function
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters and contracts
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with training coordination, absence tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Respond to day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Contribute to wider team projects and initiatives as needed
