Our client are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work with the warehouse and operations team and will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities including receiving and distribution.
The position requires manual handling, including lifting of materials up to 50lbs and use of warehouse equipment. The role is also exposed to the warehouse and operations environment, including occasional exposure to elements such as odour, noise, dust, heat, cold or chemicals. Personal Protective Equipment and training will be provided.
As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining work area and related warehouse areas in a clean and orderly fashion in accordance with EU GMP/GDP.
- Picking and staging of materials for processing in Packaging / Labelling Rooms
- Receiving all Clinical Trial Materials (CTM) and related materials in accordance with SOPs and EU GMP/GDP.
- Receiving any temperature sensitive CTM, de-activating enclosed recording devices.
- Performing initial inspection of CTM upon delivery and segregating incoming CTM in accordance with EU GMP/GDP.
- Conducting appropriate alerts and notifications in relation to receipt, damage or discrepancies of CTM.
- Preparing identification tags for all incoming CTM and applying to each container
- Data entry into the Inventory Control System.
- Responsible for picking of outgoing shipping orders, packing shipment and handling of pharmaceutical product including labelling of CTM for shipment.
- Assisting in processing materials returned from clinical sites for accountability.
- Associated administration duties.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Industry experience in EU GMP/GDP environment is desirable.
- Current forklift licence/certification (or the ability and willingness to be trained).
- Physical lifting required.
- GCSE minimum qualification (or equivalent).
- Proficient English reading and writing and maths literacy.
- Strong communication.
- Good attention to detail.
