Family NQ Solicitor - Leading Thames Valley FirmA well-established and highly regarded law firm in the Thames Valley is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its respected Family Law team.The firm's strong Family Law practice handles the full spectrum of private children and financial remedy matters, often with complex features such as business and asset valuations, trusts, and international elements. The team regularly advises on cases involving high-value property, pensions, cryptocurrency, and overseas interests, as well as sensitive issues surrounding child arrangements, domestic abuse, and surrogacy.With a clear commitment to alternative dispute resolution, the team includes qualified mediators and collaborative lawyers, offering clients a constructive, tailored approach to resolving family disputes.The Role:The successful candidate will:

  • Support on and manage a caseload involving divorce, financial settlements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation matters, and child arrangements.
  • Work on both litigated and out-of-court solutions, including collaborative and mediated cases.
  • Join a highly experienced and expanding team, recently strengthened by new hires from leading national firms.
  • Engage with a wide variety of clients at all stages of their personal relationships.

  • A Newly Qualified Solicitor with a training seat in Family Law or demonstrable relevant experience.
