The team regularly advises on cases involving high-value property, pensions, cryptocurrency, and overseas interests, as well as sensitive issues surrounding child arrangements, domestic abuse, and surrogacy.With a clear commitment to alternative dispute resolution, the team includes qualified mediators and collaborative lawyers, offering clients a constructive, tailored approach to resolving family disputes.The Role:The successful candidate will:
- Support on and manage a caseload involving divorce, financial settlements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation matters, and child arrangements.
- Work on both litigated and out-of-court solutions, including collaborative and mediated cases.
- Join a highly experienced and expanding team, recently strengthened by new hires from leading national firms.
- Engage with a wide variety of clients at all stages of their personal relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A Newly Qualified Solicitor with a training seat in Family Law or demonstrable relevant experience.
- Strong client care and interpersonal skills, with a sensitive and professional approach.
