A leading Thames Valley firm are seeking an experienced residential property lawyer to join their busy team.
Role
You will join a team made up of 8 individuals who cover all aspects of residential property including high value sales and purchases as well as complex title issues and first time purchases.
The work is extremely varied and the team also advise on new build properties, lease extensions and enfranchisement. You will also get involved in business development activities and in-house training.
You
You will have at least 4 years PQE but ideally will be operating at a senior level. You must have a solid technical understanding of residential property. This is a senior role with great opportunity to take a leading role in the department.
