Description
The Senior Associate Property Development Solicitor will be responsible for:
- Managing complex development transactions, including land acquisitions, disposals, and planning matters.
- Drafting and negotiating key documents such as option agreements, contracts, and overage deeds.
- Advising on development finance transactions.
- Identifying legal risks and delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
- Building strong relationships with clients and participating in business development.
Profile
The Senior Associate Property Development Solicitor should have:
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience in property development law.
- Experience in handling complex development transactions autonomously.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in business development and client relationship management.
