Description

The Senior Associate Property Development Solicitor will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex development transactions, including land acquisitions, disposals, and planning matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating key documents such as option agreements, contracts, and overage deeds.
  • Advising on development finance transactions.
  • Identifying legal risks and delivering practical, client-focused solutions.

Profile
