Role: Content & Community Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Content & Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client's online presence and fostering meaningful connections with their target audience. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating customer-centric content across various digital platforms, including social media, CRM, and members platform
  • Leading community management efforts to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and engagement with online communities
  • Managing the content budget and monitoring content KPIs to ensure successful performance
  • Developing and executing targeted email campaigns for members, utilising segmentation and personalisation strategies
  • Curating exclusive and informative content, including videos, blog posts, and expert collaborations
  • Collaborating with marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar
  • Managing social media platforms, staying updated on trends, optimising content, and monitoring campaign performance
  • Planning and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and cultivating relationships with aligned influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Measuring and analysing the impact of influencer and brand ambassador campaigns, providing insights for future partnerships and campaigns
  • Maintaining and developing the brand ambassador programme, implementing changes based on industry insights and learnings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with wider business goals and campaigns

The ideal candidate:

  • Significant experience in marketing communications, preferably in FMCG markets
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and manage content and social media campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of budget responsibility
  • Agency management experience
  • Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator

Technologies:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
  • Experience using social media management tools
  • Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms
