Payroll & Benefits Co-ordinator - £30k-£35k FTE - Reading - Office Based
An introduction to the company and role: Wade Macdonald are currently working with a renowned educational institute in Reading, looking to bring in an experienced Payroll Coordinator, ideally within an educational sector. They offer several staff benefits including subsidised meals and School fee reductions.
What will be the responsibilities in this role? • Fulfil any duties requested by the Leadership Team• Processing of the monthly payroll• Processing starters, leavers and changes, as well as compensations, deductions, and overtime claims for employees• Produce reports for the Finance Manager to review
What experience do you need? • Good knowledge of legislation relevant to payroll, and educational payroll in particular.• Comfortable with MS Excel and its analytical functions, also Word and Outlook.• Intermediate excel skills
