This job is no longer availableA fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join a world leading FMCG business based in Reading with a salary up to £33,000.
This role will support the supply chain function in the movement of products globally. You will be responsible for the shipment process and co-ordination of third-party partners. Role responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator include:
- Effective management of third-party suppliers and support the supply chain function
- Ensuring all export paperwork is filed in accordance with the company requirements
- All legal documents raised in accordance with customer requirements
- Liaise with approved freight providers
- Process orders in accordance with timelines agree with the customer
- Establish optimum logistical arrangements and co-ordination of in-bound consignments
Person Specification of the Buyer:
- Experience working within import/export and customs clearance environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a progressive and changing environment
- Knowledge and experience using SAP
- Excellent spoken and written communication
Salary
Up to £33k
