Package - £23K basic salary for entry level. + Uncapped commission - Year 1 - OTE £35K - Year 2 OTE £50K - Year 3 OTE £70K - Year 4 OTE 100K

The firm takes pride on building people from within the company, taking people from Associate all the way to Seniors who earn six figures yearly.

The Role:

  • As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
  • Bringing onboard new clients and building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiating, influencing and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.
