Location: Reading, RG7 (Must have own transport due to rural location)
Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, Monday-Friday

Are you ready to join a dynamic team within the engineering industry? Our client is a leading global provider of engineering services and solutions, catering to a diverse range of clients internationally. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to support their Sales Account Managers and contribute to our ongoing success.

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Order Management: Inputting and processing orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
  • Documentation: Creating proformas, raising purchase orders (POs), and handling commercial invoicing.
  • Financial Coordination: Sending out invoices and liaising with the Accounts team to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Procurement Support: Assisting with purchasing activities and managing vendor relationships.
  • Event Preparation: Supporting the preparation and coordination of exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arranging and booking travel accommodations for colleagues, including flights and hotels.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or order processing is highly desirable.
