Red Recruitment is recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join our client who has been trading for over 40 years and have become a global success story.
This role is to support the Store Manager in Reading, you will be assisting with the day-to-day running of the store whilst motivating and leading a team to achieve sales performance and agreed KPIs.
The salary for this role is £27,813 per annum and also contains many benefits.

Key Responsibilities of a Retail Supervisor:
- Assisting the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store, taking full responsibility in their absence
- Being commercially focused and motivated by hitting store targets and encouraging others to do the same
- Maximising sales through product display in line with company guidelines and through commercial awareness
- Being responsible for visual merchandising, stock management and assisting with the training and development
Key Skills and Experience of a Retail Supervisor:
- You should have experience in a Supervisor role managing a team
- Being passionate about going above and beyond to ensure a great experience for customers
- Good retail experience is required, you ideally will be able to demonstrate the use of a product with your knowledge to encourage sales
- A great work ethic with a drive to succeed and work hard is essential for this role
- You should be computer literate as you will be required to use computers to place quotes and orders
