Due to continued growth and the ongoing success of their Point of Care Diagnostics business, we have a newly created role for a Key Account Manager to join the team and focus on the Infectious Diseases product range within the South-Central UK territory (Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire).

The successful Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in the transition towards Point of Care testing for infectious diseases within secondary care. Additionally, they will identify and progress key strategic opportunities within the newly forming Clinical Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) and community landscape. This will involve managing and influencing a wide variety of stakeholders and pathways, working across all levels within the NHS, Public Health, and Local Authority settings.

What skills and experience do you need to be considered?

  • Excellent track record in sales with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong industry experience in medical diagnostics or medical devices
  • Thorough knowledge of the UK healthcare industry and NHS
  • Proficient in building and constructing compelling business cases
  • IT skills – MS Word, Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint, CRM systems (Salesforce), and Power BI
