Property Management Legal Assistant

Based at our client's modern head office in Hurst, with free onsite parking.

23 days annual leave plus paid bank holidays.

Starting Salary £27,500 per annum.

Full time, permanent position.

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Own car is essential.

The company:

Our client is part of a global property management and residential services group. Their innovative, hands-on approach to property management has proven to be extremely effective in establishing long-term relationships with both property developers and residents. They have over 25,000 properties throughout the UK.

The role:

Based full-time at their Hurst offices, our client is looking for someone with attention to detail, experience with Sage, Excel, knowledge of Sales Pack/Transfers, Company Secretarial Administration and Certificates of Compliance, along with an excellent telephone manner. Although training will be given, they are looking for a candidate with a background in Law.

Daily tasks include:

  • Completing LPE1 Sales Packs.
  • Liaising with Property Managers in dealing with Sales pack queries.
  • Monitoring of incoming payments.
  • Raising invoices using Sage.
  • Issuing Notice of Transfers and Certificates of Compliances.
  • Liaising with Credit Control with regards to Sales in Progress.
  • Liaising with the Accounts Department regarding change of ownership and correspondence details.
  • Company Secretarial Administration.
  • Other duties as and when required.
