We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to join a UK Gov Department on a 18+ months Contract, hybrid working in Reading area. Applicants must be eligible to undergo higher security checks for SC Clearance.

Essential:
- Knowledge & understanding of SaaS (Software as a service) products
- Experience of sourcing to contract
- End-to-end tendering/evaluation
- Public Procurement Regulations (PCR 2015 & PA 2023)
- Knowledge of JAGGAER (preferably) or Ariba (as equivalent)
- Level of Security Clearance: SC Clearance - candidates holding Active SC clearance will benefit of a quicker start date.
