As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a basic salary of 55,000, which is reviewed annually. You'll also have up to 33 days of annual leave and the opportunity to develop and progress within the company.

As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the finances and budgets of the home.
- Ensuring the smooth daily running of the home.
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring your teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Exceeding the internal quality expectations and those of the CQC.
