IT Helpdesk EngineerTeesside£28,000-£33,000 + 35 Days Annual Leave + Healthcare + 5% Matched Pension + TrainingExcellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer or IT Helpdesk Engineer with a full driver's license to join a growing department of a well established organisation offering a good training and upskilling programme, technically fascinating and challenging projects, and progression routes through the business!This company are undergoing a huge modernisation project ranging from data centre builds and upgrades through to major hardware, software, and infrastructure overhauls. Due to the amount of new technology being rolled out they need to add another engineer to the Helpdesk Team.In this role you join a wider Infrastructure Team split across multiple sites. You'll be involved in fault-finding, upgrades, maintenance, and the fix of PC's, Networking equipment, and cabling across two sites, 10-minutes apart. Due to the requirements to get out and about to manually fix issues, you'll be site-based 5 days a week.The ideal candidate will be familiar with ITIL practices, Office 365, Windows OS, and 1st/2nd Line Support.
