- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to meet internal and external requirements.
- Lead internal audits and support external certification and customer audits.
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs and system performance.
- Support non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated across all processes.
- Facilitate training and awareness on quality systems and standards.
- Proven experience in a Quality Systems or Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
- Experience with internal auditing, document control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools.
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree).
- Certified Internal Auditor.
- Experience with PPAP, and 8D problem solving.
- Familiarity with customer-specific requirements and industry regulations.
