Join our client, a people driven business and leading Employee Benefits Consultancy, as a Cash Management Assistant and play a crucial role in providing exceptional cash management services to their clients. Are you an experienced Pensions Administrator looking for a new challenge with fully funded study? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Redditch.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for allocated PPF clients, ensuring exceptional day-to-day administration services.
  • Delegate work to Pension Administrators when appropriate, ensuring workloads are effectively managed.
  • Check and monitor the work of Pension Administrators and other Senior Administrators to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all PPF client events and time spent for billing purposes.
  • Attend PPF and Trustee meetings, providing updates and support as required.
  • Keep informed about routine administration procedures for PPF clients and suggest improvements when relevant.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, the PPF, independent trustees, and other third parties to deliver the best outcomes for scheme members.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in pensions administration, including PPF Pensions
  • Educated to A-level standard.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience mentoring and supervising junior staff.
  • Good knowledge of current pensions legislation.
  • Analytical and numerical ability, allowing for accurate data analysis and interpretation.
