A leading Aerospace manufacturer producing critical components is seeking 2X Business / Continuous Improvement Engineers to identify inefficiencies, explore feasibility of improvements then implement physical cultural change. This company are undertaking a significant investment programme in their capabilities and people with new leadership driving an ethos of industry best practice.

- Heavy industry experience (non-automotive)
- Experience of improvement skills such as:
- Value stream mapping
- Tooling reviews
- Time Studies
- Capacity planning
- TAKT times
- OEE driven improvements
- Process mapping
- Physical and cultural process improvement
- Risk planning with specific focus on single points of failure and WIP bottlenecks
- Establish feasibilities to present business cases for change projects to break down barriers to success.
- Work as a change agent to enable inter-department and inter-discipline interactions on improvement projects.
- Interact with external stakeholders including customers and external auditors to ensure that change projects are well communicated and adhere to customer or statutory requirements.
