The Company

A leading Aerospace manufacturer producing critical components is seeking 2X Business / Continuous Improvement Engineers to identify inefficiencies, explore feasibility of improvements then implement physical cultural change. This company are undertaking a significant investment programme in their capabilities and people with new leadership driving an ethos of industry best practice.

  • Heavy industry experience (non-automotive)
  •  Experience of improvement skills such as:
    • Value stream mapping
    • Tooling reviews
    • Time Studies
    • Capacity planning
    • TAKT times
    • OEE driven improvements
    • Process mapping
    • Physical and cultural process improvement
    • Risk planning with specific focus on single points of failure and WIP bottlenecks
  • Establish feasibilities to present business cases for change projects to break down barriers to success.
  • Work as a change agent to enable inter-department and inter-discipline interactions on improvement projects.
  • Interact with external stakeholders including customers and external auditors to ensure that change projects are well communicated and adhere to customer or statutory requirements.
