Homelessness and Housing Solutions Manager

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Homelessness and Housing Solutions Manager on a full time, permanent basis in Redditch working in a hybrid format (1 days per week maximum).

The purpose for the role is to lead, manage and develop the statutory Homelessness Service, including project work and development and implementation of strategies, initiatives and incentives that continuously improve tenancy sustainment and reduce and prevent homelessness and rough sleeping.

We are seeking candidates with a level 5+ qualification in housing, legal or other relevant subject matter. However, if you're looking to complete your CIH, this could be the organisation for you!

You will line manage 2 team leaders whilst working closely with the voids manager to provide exemplary service. A mixture of technical expertise and brilliant people management skills.
