We have a unique and exciting opportunity at our Dealership in Redditch for a Parts Retail & Trade Manager. This is a new role as we look to launch our online parts business and grow our existing Parts Trade operation.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a multi-franchised dealership. With a proven track record of managing all aspects of a parts logistics operation.
The applicant will be required to develop and grow our existing multi franchise Trade whilst also launching and running a newly designed online Parts website.
This is a new role with processes to be put in place and would suite someone with drive and enthusiasm to make it a success.
Role Overview & Duties -
To deliver a superior parts service to all customers.
Achieve all parts objectives through a well-developed and motivated parts team
Achieve an acceptable market share, through maximum sales of parts to trade and through online sales.
Maintain agreed profit margins and return on investment
Working 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Candidate must have Parts Manager experience in the automotive industry.
This new role will require a proactive approach with uncapped potential for the right applicant. Salary dependant on experience.
