We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to support our client with day-to-day office administration. This role would suit someone organised, reliable, and confident using Microsoft Office and general systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
- Updating internal databases and spreadsheets
- Assisting with document preparation and formatting
- Booking meetings and managing calendars
- Supporting various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- A positive, can-do attitude
