Site Manager (No.1)

Project: School - D&B (Status - Onsite)

Value: 6m

Duration: Up to 8 months with the option of either taking a further project or joining on a permenant basis

Paid weekly: All managed through or timesheet App.

Duties:

Reporting to Ops Manager (Visiting) and managing a team of 6 direct reports

• Controlling prelims, and project budgets.
• Ensuring the construction works run to strict programme.
• Managing pre construction activities.
• Maintaining strict quality control procedures.
• Procurement and management of the supply chain.
• Management of change - client/supply chain.
• Lead regular site meetings with all interested parties.
• Conducting regular site safety checks.
• Being proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.
• Maintaining effective long term relationships with the customer and their representatives/advisors.
• Ensuring the project team comply with the Companies Business Management System.
• - eing proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.
• Implementing and maintaining the Construction Strategy and Policies for Sustainability, Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental, Training and Development etc. and acting as an exemplar of the company culture and values.
