Office Administrator

Salary: £22-24k per annum (depending on experience)

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a small office administration team?

Working alongside two others in the office on a day-to-day basis, providing support to wider business, as well as clients face to face and over the phone.

You’ll be openly encouraged to become completely involved in all areas of the everyday operations of the office, you’ll be:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on reception
  • Updating internal systems with any changes or modifications to current plans; coordinating with manufacturers on orders/parts needed for jobs.
  • Updating clients and colleagues with any changes to appointments.
  • Generating invoices and processing payments.

Key skills you’ll be able to offer:

  • A positive and friendly work ethic, happy to help out others to meet deadlines.
  • Able to use initiative and juggle tasks to overcome obstacles.
  • The want to work as a member of a small, tight-knit team, who depend on one another to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Confidence when chatting to people face to face, over the phone, and follow up correspondence - email and letters.
  • Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - previous experience on on-line booking systems would be useful.
