Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and being a driving force behind success? If you answered "yes”, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is seeking an Account Manager to become a vital member of their bustling team in Redruth.

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of activities, including providing invaluable pre- and post-sales support to our valued clients. Working alongside our technical pre-sales team, you'll be instrumental in growing and developing existing clients, and on-boarding new business. You'll be the linchpin for processing client inquiries, quotes, and orders, always aligning with our company's service level agreements. Furthermore, you'll be the orchestrator, coordinating various team members, including technical support, administration, and management, to not only meet performance objectives but to exceed our customers' expectations. In addition to these core responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date CRM and setting up and managing contracts. You will tackle ad hoc general administration tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Hours of Work: Full Time (flexible hours or part time considered).

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum

Account Manager Requirements:

  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills in fast paced environments
  • Attention to detail and process-driven
  • Ability to proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to liaise with 3rd party suppliers, where necessary, to resolve customer problems and queries

Desirables:

  • Previous experience in a relevant sales/account management role
  • Previously worked for an MSP or Knowledge of the IT Sector
  • Knowledgeable in cloud software, systems, and security
