Resourcing Group is working with a local Maintenance Contractor who is responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across Cornwall.
They have been awarded a new contract, due to mobilise immediately. They specialise in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works, supporting public sector landlords including Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing Maintenance
Main Duties
- It will be overseeing a repairs contract.
- Smaller daily responsive repairs, so they will need knowledge of managing a work in progress (WIP)
- Managing a team of direct labour and reporting in to the CM
- Managing the schedule of works supported by their planners/coordinators
- Customer liaison with tenant and client liaison with Cornwall housing.
- Ensuring that the works are carried out in line with agreed SLAs to hit agreed KPIs
