Description

• My client is recruiting a permanent financial accountant position
• This role's main responsibility will be to provide accountancy services to support the delivery of Financial Accounting Services.
• This role provides the ideal environment to develop your accounting skillset, and will provide exposure to multiple key elements of core finance functions.
• This role will include preparation of the statement of accounts and maintaining core controls and reconciliations and submission of returns.
• You will also play a key role in treasury management, collection fund accounting, fixed asset accounting, company and charity accounting.
• You will provide taxation and policy advice and be key in managing the insurance contract.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to council members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Experience in a similar role
• Willingness and Eager to learn
• Work well within a team
• Flexible and Adaptable
• Experience in Cash Flow Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• May be working towards and accountancy degree
