Due to an increase in business activity, they are now looking to further expand their teams are seeking a number of trainee and experienced Client Service Associates/Customer Service Associates within their Surrey based offices.

These varied roles provide their clients/customers and advisers with help, expertise and guidance on a range enquiries using various interactions in order to build strong relationships, whilst also offering an excellent level of customer satisfaction. As an Associate within this area, you will be provided with full product training in order to understand and provide first line support to customers, advisers and members. The focus of the teams is to help customers manage their investments with ease and providing knowledge and guidance to help support them in the future.
