As they move forward in their journey, they have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Brand & Communications Manager to join them in playing a pivotal role in driving growth and shaping the future of the brand.

Brand & Communications Manager - Role & Responsibilities: This role is an intrinsic part of a customer transformation brand strategy and as a strategic and result driven marketer you will be involved with scaling customer acquisition in key markets across digital, partnerships & trade to achieve growth targets.

  • Develop a comprehensive brand and communications strategy that aligns with the company mission, values, and target audience and ensure brand identity is consistent across all channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing and brand partnerships.
  • Ownership of content management calendar and maintain to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with all marketing initiatives across all channels,
  • In tandem with content creator, creation of inspiring across all channels according to deadlines.
  • Campaign management, tracking ROI and post campaign analysis reporting.
  • In conjunction with website manager, ensure all online content is optimised and links to relevant and compelling landing pages.
  • Develop the communications strategy in partnership with PR agency.
  • Identify opportunities to partner with content creators and other brands to expand reach and visibility.
  • Manage relationships with brand agencies, ensuring delivery of brand strategies.
  • Co-ordinate and implement all marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure all destinations and trips are optimised and promoted according to priorities and all content is relevant and correct.
  • Management of the brand and communications marketing team with effective performance review metrics in place and set future objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to share ideas and contribute to a consistent approach and brand message across all channels.

Brand & Communications Manager - Skills & Experience Required:

  • Marketing qualification or relevant degree.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience with specific brand, communications, and content marketing, with travel sector experience desirable.
  • Proven experience in a B2C and B2B environment
  • Understanding of content best practice.
  • Experience managing relationship with external agencies for brand and communications activities, specifically on new brand development and launches.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven experience of managing a high performing team.
  • Comfortable with hands on execution of tasks.
  • Working knowledge and experience of Canva, adobe and WordPress
  • Highly analytical, with experience using PowerBI or other analytics tools.
  • Skilled in planning and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative flair together with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously to a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent level of written English with a high level of accuracy and a close attention to detail and a flair for creative copy writing.
