Our schools are looking for certain skills and training when adding to their Key Stage Two teams, which include:

• A QTS or equivalent
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A love for the classroom and education
• An enhanced DBS certificate or the willingness to process a new one
• Experience achieving great success for Key Stage Two pupils
• Creativity and innovation when it comes to planning and delivering Key Stage Two lessons
• The ability to take on feedback and reflect on your professional performance
• You will ideally have a proven track record of success leading pupils into their SATs year which can be evidenced through referencing
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage Two Curriculum
