- Manage purchase and sales ledger
- Prepare payment runs and monitor credit control
- Create invoices
- Month-end procedures, including bank reconciliation
- Responsible for petty cash and currency floats with travel expense reports
- Answering the phone
- Replenishing office supplies
- Managing staff holidays
- Processing shipping of orders
- Updating CRM
- Accounts Assistant experience
- NVQ or AAT in accounting
- Working knowledge of Xero, Excel and Microsoft office
- Accurate and numerate
- Positive, proactive and happy working in a busy team
- £30,000 - £32,000, dependent on experience
