We are a recruitment agency working on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation in Richmond, who is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Co-ordinator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. If you’re organised, approachable, and have a knack for managing facilities and admin tasks, we want to hear from you

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing office equipment maintenance (franking machine, alarms, dishwashers, etc.)
  • Managing confidential waste and recycling
  • Booking and reviewing suppliers
  • Organising office access/security passes
  • Coordinating with tradespeople, reception, and building management
  • Monitoring the Facilities inbox and responding to requests
  • Handling post and franking duties
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Managing the internal car park rota
  • Organising business lunches and internal events
  • Supporting and guiding apprentices
  • Meeting and greeting guests and setting up meeting rooms
