Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and meticulous Housekeeper to join an informal family home in Richmond.

The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in a 3-storey, 5-bedroom, home with additional amenities such as a gym and playroom. The family consists of two adults and two children aged 3 and 6 – no pets.

The Housekeeper will work alongside a full-time live-out Nanny.

Job duties:

Responsibilities of the Housekeeper in Richmond include:

• Tidying up and maintaining cleanliness throughout the household
• Cleaning internal windows, dusting all surfaces and washing of dishes
• Ironing
• Running errands as required
• Basic gardening tasks
• Adhering to a meticulous standard of work
• Cooking vegetarian meals for two adults, including salads, smoothies, and overnight oats

Candidates must be/have:

• Solid 5+ years housekeeper experience in a Private Household
• Cleaning to a very high standard, with an eye for detail
• Methodically planning of daily tasks and proactively doing other tasks, e.g., checking on grocery stock and cleaning products, etc
• Living within 1 hour max. to Richmond (TW10)
• Must be comfortable around young children

Accommodation

No accommodation provided – This is a live-out position and candidates must live within a reasonable commute of Richmond, TW10.

Hours

35 hours a week. The client is willing to be flexible with working hours (to be discussed at interview stage).
