Recruiter / Sales role in Richmond. Either candidate or client focussed (depending on experience)
No experience necessary, but you will have expert natural people / empathy skills. Basic + great recruiter commission scheme.
You will be: keen on a career in sales. Very sociable, very driven, empathetic, have strong levels of personal confidence, and belief in yourself.
You will be trained in-house and will shadow expert Sales staff as part of an in-depth Training Programme. These skills will be fully transferable into any career direction you choose.
You will create a strong list of candidates and / or clients using new business techniques, and relationship building skills.
Salary dependent on experience, but even 12 months in Recruitment can significantly increase your earnings..
