With a strong emphasis on food quality done to Volume I'm keen to chat with experienced Sous Chefs who can lead a team while working closely with the Head Chef.
You will require a strong background in volume..
In busy at times operations like this you must be a strong communicator!
You will also have the ability and experience to stand in for the Head if and when needed.
This role has lots of daytime hours but there will be some occasions with Evening Events where you are needed and some regular weekends but only at certain parts of the year.
