Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving change and centralizing HR operations? We have partnered with our client to support with finding a dynamic HR Manager to lead their team through exciting projects and contribute to our organisation’s success.

About our client : A forward-thinking global company committed to innovation and growth. As the HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our HR processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving impactful initiatives.

Role Overview: As the HR Manager, you’ll be hands-on, managing critical projects aimed at centralising our HR team. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential support. Your expertise in employee relations (ER) and project management will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to centralise our HR team and enhance operations.
  • Optimise ERP system usage within HR processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support and manage upcoming projects.
  • Provide HR generalist support across various functions, including ER and HR operations.
  • Prepare and deliver board papers and reports.

Your experience:

  • Proficiency in using ERP systems within an HR context.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, particularly in HR operations and project management.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations (ER).
  • Familiarity with preparing board papers and delivering presentations.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
