Salary: £12-13.50 per hour (depending on experience) + tips

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management of the pub.
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Oversee food and beverage quality, presentation, and adherence to standards.
- Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Help create a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
