An opportunity for a Claims Handler, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and handling claims with precision and care. This position requires a professional who is adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently and with a keen eye for detail.
Day to Day of the role:- Conduct telephone-based assessments and authorisation of claims
- Provide written confirmation of claims assessments and decisions.
- Address and resolve invoice payment queries.
- Ensure compliance regulatory requirements, data protection, business security, conduct risk, consumer duty, fraud, and anti-money laundering.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, both over the phone and in written form.
- Participate in regular review meetings and appraisals
- Build professional relationships with peers and colleagues and support team members to achieve collective goals.
- Maintain a basic understanding of other departments’ processes and undertake general office duties as required.
- Experience in customer service and claims handling.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective listening and problem-solving abilities.
