Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to deliver creative, engaging lessons across different key stages

• Support the development of personalised learning plans tailored to individual student needs, particularly for SEN pupils

• Provide focused one-on-one support for pupils who need additional assistance

• Encourage a positive, inclusive learning environment that inspires students

• Take part in lesson planning and classroom preparation

• Monitor and track student progress, providing clear feedback to support development

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN

• A strong desire to help students thrive and achieve their best

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisation and time management abilities

• A proactive team player who is adaptable and flexible
