On offer is the exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a company that provides best-in-class services. They help businesses become more efficient and profitable by delivering Managed IT Support, they are seen as integral to their customers because of their knowledge and expertise.
In this role you will be dealing with escalations and high priority customers whilst keeping and building positive relationships. You will be conducting audits on both systems and software and helping out with server maintenance.
The ideal IT Support Engineer will have previous experience in the IT Support space. You will have knowledge of Windows and have a familiarity with VMware.
