We're currently seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join a dynamic team at a renowned automotive establishment in Kelso. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and supporting the smooth operation of our service department. Here's what the role entails:

  • Providing professional, courteous assistance to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Handling bookings for MOTs, services, and repairs, while also advising customers on warranty coverage and recommending additional parts or accessories.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to efficiently schedule appointments and manage workload.
  • Managing customer interactions in-person, over the phone, and via online channels.
  • Keeping customers informed about service timelines and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Motivation and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • A knack for positively impacting the success of the service department.
  • Previous experience in customer relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a polished appearance.
  • Proficiency in IT, with familiarity with Kerridge software being advantageous.
