The Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security and compliance of all business-critical data across multiple brands within the Group. This role plays a key part in maintaining data quality standards, implementing best practices for data governance and supporting teams in utilizing accurate and reliable data for decision-making. Thspecialist will work closely with IT, finance, operations and compliance teams to uphold data integrity across all systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain data accuracy, consistency and completeness across all company systems.

• Develop and implement data validation processes to prevent inaccuracies.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection laws and company policies.

• Assist with internal and external audits related to data management

• Work with IT and operations to streamline data workflows and improve data collection methods.

• Develop and document best practices for data management.

• Support the implementation of new technologies or systems that enhance data integrity.

• Assist in generating accurate reports and dashboards to support business decisions.

• Identify trends and patterns in data to recommend improvements.

• Provide guidance and training to employees on data integrity best practices.

• Act as a key contact for data-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in data management, governance or quality assurance (ideally within manufacturing or logistics).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, Power BI or ERP systems.

  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, ISO standards or other relevant compliance measures).

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data accuracy and security.

  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.

  • Excellent communication skills to train and support teams in data best practices.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
