The Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security and compliance of all business-critical data across multiple brands within the Group. This role plays a key part in maintaining data quality standards, implementing best practices for data governance and supporting teams in utilizing accurate and reliable data for decision-making. Thspecialist will work closely with IT, finance, operations and compliance teams to uphold data integrity across all systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain data accuracy, consistency and completeness across all company systems.

• Develop and implement data validation processes to prevent inaccuracies.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection laws and company policies.

• Assist with internal and external audits related to data management

• Work with IT and operations to streamline data workflows and improve data collection methods.

• Develop and document best practices for data management.

• Support the implementation of new technologies or systems that enhance data integrity.

• Assist in generating accurate reports and dashboards to support business decisions.

• Identify trends and patterns in data to recommend improvements.

• Provide guidance and training to employees on data integrity best practices.

• Act as a key contact for data-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

Experience in data management, governance or quality assurance (ideally within manufacturing or logistics).
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, Power BI or ERP systems.
Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, ISO standards or other relevant compliance measures).
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data accuracy and security.
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
Excellent communication skills to train and support teams in data best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
