Requirements / Experience

  • Experience working in a telesales / Account manager role previously or current is an MUST
  • Experience working with an FMCG sector with this job title is an ADVANTAGE
  • Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell our products.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Update CRM and database systems.
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce our brewery, its products and relevant promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients whilst keeping them updated on new releases and exciting offers.
  • Effectively communicate the brand story behind our beers to create a positive lasting impression.
