An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Pharmacist at an established single-site practice in the Ripon area. The practice is set-up to address the demands placed on modern primary care and believe in working smarter, not harder and are always happy to listen to ideas.
In addition to a strong clinical team, the practice is led by a proactive manager who has worked hard to introduce innovative measures, that make your workday more efficient.
You will be fully supported in your career development should you wish to expand an area of specialism.

Your role
- Full time Clinical Pharmacist
- A mixture or telephone and face to face appointments
- Focus on Medication reviews, audits, SMRs and acute on the day appointments
- Work alongside GPs and other nurses
- Review long term conditions
- Prescribing
- Support fellow clinicians as and when required
