Receptionist

Ripon - Receptionist - Temp 2 days - Thursday 8.30 - 4pm Friday 8.30 - 3.30 11.79 - Enhanced DBS required

We have an exciting opportunity for a temp receptionist to join a busy established team

• Answering incoming calls dealing with Queries and forwarding to relevant departments
• Responsible for sickness and absence reporting
• Printing and sending out correspondence
• Good customer service
• Greeting and dealing with visitors ensuring safeguards are met

We would expect the successful Temp Receptionist to demonstrate a good knowledge of micro soft office an excellent communicator with a friendly and confident telephone manner providing a professional and efficient service whilst being respectful and discrete

This would be an ideal role for you if you have previously worked within a customer service or busy reception setting

Thursday 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday 8.30 - 3.30pm

Temp approx 3 months

11 79 per hr paid weekly

on site parking
